ZTE today released the ZTE Blade V40 Vita in Malaysia, the latest smartphone in its Blade Series. Aiming to deliver one of the best bang-for-buck devices in the affordable smartphone market, the Blade V40 Vita is priced at just RM599 in our country.

The device features a 6.75-inch display with a HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen also has a 20:9 aspect ratio and comes in a waterdrop design in order to house the front-facing camera.

Besides that, the Blade V40 Vita also has a massive 6000mAh battery which supports up to 22.5W fast charging. Under the hood, the device is powered by an Octa-Core UNISOC T606 chipset with 4GB of RAM. There is also support for up to 2GB virtual RAM extension with ZTE’s Fusion RAM feature.

Camera-wise, the Blade V40 Vita sports a 48MP main + 2MP macro + 2MP depth of field triple-camera setup at its rear. Meanwhile at its front, there is an 8MP selfie camera located at the waterdrop cutout of the display.

Other notable specs include Android 11, 128GB of UFS 2.2 Flash Memory, Dual-Sim support, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C and a microSD card slot. The Blade V40 Vita also comes in 2 colour options, Zeus Black and Pine Green.

The device only has one variant (4/128GB) and the retail price is just RM599. It will be available for pre-order starting from mid-June 2022 exclusively through Shopee here.  Moreover, those that purchase through the pre-order will also be getting a ZTE Bluetooth Speaker for free.
